By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

Content on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Treatment decisions are made only after an in-person consultation with a licensed provider. Individual results vary; no outcome is guaranteed. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Appointments, cancellations & card on file
A valid card is required to reserve appointments. Your card is securely saved with Stripe and is not charged at booking. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations and missed appointments may incur the fees disclosed during booking (e.g., $30 late-cancellation/no-show fee for aesthetic services; higher for select regenerative services). By reserving, you authorize Upkey Aesthetics to charge applicable fees to your card on file under this policy.
Consent forms
Required intake and consent forms must be completed truthfully before treatment. Providing inaccurate health information may result in treatment being declined for your safety.
Products
Product purchases are processed by Stripe and shipped via carrier, or available for clinic pickup. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. Skincare products are otherwise non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Memberships & pricing
Displayed prices, plans, and promotions are illustrative and may change; final pricing is confirmed at consultation or checkout.
Financing
CareCredit financing is provided by Synchrony Bank under its own terms; Upkey Aesthetics is not the lender.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your password. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and imagery belong to Upkey Aesthetics LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upkey Aesthetics' liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid through the website in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including for professional medical care, which is governed by separate consent documents.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute arising out of use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California (disputes about medical services are governed by the arbitration provisions in your signed consent documents, where applicable).
