Who we are
Upkey Aesthetics LLC ("Upkey," "we") operates our clinic at 1225 Crane St, Suite 201, Menlo Park, CA 94025, this website, and the Regenerative Research Institute of Silicon Valley website (a practice of Upkey Aesthetics). Contact: Ta@upkeyaesthetics.com, (650) 412-6509.
Information we collect
(1) Contact details you provide when booking, creating an account, purchasing products, or contacting us (name, email, phone, shipping address). (2) Health information you provide through intake and consent forms (medical history, medications, treatment goals) — used solely to evaluate and provide safe care. (3) Payment information: card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; we never store full card numbers on our systems. (4) Appointment and purchase history. (5) Basic technical data (device, browser) needed to operate the site.
How we use it
To schedule and provide services; to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and required forms by email and SMS; to process payments, including a card kept on file to reserve appointments (charged only under our published cancellation/no-show policy); to fulfill product orders; to respond to inquiries; and, with your consent, to send promotional communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time; transactional messages are sent as part of providing your care.
Health information
We treat your health information as confidential, restrict access to staff involved in your care, and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Electronic consent forms and signatures are stored securely and retained as required for medical recordkeeping.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), our scheduling and communications systems, CareCredit/Synchrony (only if you pursue financing through them — their own privacy policy applies), and shipping carriers for product orders. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices & California rights
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information (subject to medical record retention requirements) by contacting Ta@upkeyaesthetics.com. We honor opt-outs of marketing email/SMS (reply STOP or use unsubscribe links).
Retention & security
We retain records as long as needed for your care and as required by law. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by California law.
Children
Our services are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always posted here with its effective date.
